被問到這個問題時或許你會心想「關你咩事咩」，但若你希望被錄取就絕不能這樣回答，因為在「不被錄取者」的條件中，有一項是「只希望短期工作」。雖然頻頻更換同樣的工作會帶給人不好的印象，但若是步步累積紮實經歷反而是件好事。因此，表達方式極為重要！

One of the reasons is the huge fluctuation in the market （市場的巨大波動）that I worked in. The contract-based （合同為基礎）business rewarded to other companies generated opportunities to move on to these companies. I enjoyed developing my skills in different companies. I could not have achieved this if I had stayed in one single company. Now, however, is the time for me to move on to your company, which interests me, and where I can utilize my experience and skills for you in the long run.

Some of my jobs have not worked out well due to management and lack of job satisfaction缺乏成就感. I did not stay long at these jobs. At the right jobs, however, as you can see from my resume, I did stay for 2 years. I believe that your company, if I am fortunate幸運 enough to be hired僱用, will be one where I will stay for a long time.

 

過去我曾經常換工作，但是也有幾個工作做了超過2年，您一定知道，酒店業的員工流動率非常高。我之前所從事的一些工作之所以會不順利，是由於管理問題與缺乏成就感，所以我無法長期留在這些工作上。我想，從我的履歷表上可以看出，只要是合適的工作我就做得久。若有幸成為　貴 公司之員工，我確信自己能夠在　貴公司長期服務。
