HSI opens up 43 pts at 28,054; H-share up 25 pts to 10,548

[ET Net News Agency, 20 July 2018] HK stocks opened firmer on Friday despite the weaker
close of the US equity markets overnight. The Hang Seng Index opened up 43 points to
28,054. The H-share index also rose 25 points to 10,548.
Oil prices rebounded 1% overnight. CNOOC (00883) jumped 1.6% to HK$12.6 becoming the
biggest blue-chip gainer.
HSBC (00005) gained 0.3% to HK$73.4. HKEx (00388) fell 0.7% to HK$230.8. Tencent (00700)
nudged up 0.1% to HK$375.8. CCB (00939) edged down 0.1% to HK$6.69. China Mobile (00941)
added 0.9% to HK$68.75. AIA (01299) inched down 0.1% to HK$67.5. (KL)
