As of December 31, 2022, it had a total of 139 contracted projects with a total contracted GFA of approximately 19.4 million sq.m., covering 19 cities and seven provinces in China; and managed a total of 95 projects, with a total GFA under management of approximately 12.8 million sq.m., covering 11 cities and three provinces in China.
