COMPANY PROFILE
Rego Interactive is a marketing service provider based in the PRC. Since it commenced businesses in 2005, provide marketing services that are tailored to their corporate needs. It operated two main business segments, namely:
(1)marketing and promotion services, which assist enterprise advertisers in acquiring and/or reactivating users through different services including (i) traditional marketing and promotion services; (ii) advertisement placement services; and (iii) advertisement distribution services; and virtual goods sourcing and delivery services, where it source virtual goods such as, top-up coupons of telecommunication services, digital vouchers and gift cards for enterprises and deliver the virtual goods to them;
(2)IT solutions services for further business collaborations where it provided mobile game and software development and maintenance services; and solutions on lottery-related software systems and equipment.
During the period comprising FY2019, FY2020, FY2021 and 4 months of 2022, its business had been substantially connected with the mobile game industry.
