[ET Net News Agency, 28 July 2015] Xinyi Glass (00868) said the Directors have resolved
to commence the preparation work for the proposed spin-off and the separate listing of the
Hong Kong automobile glass retail business of the Group on the growth enterprise market of
The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
The Directors have not decided the transaction structure and the relevant timetable for
the proposed spin-off and the separate listing. They will discuss with the relevant
professional parties on the details of the transaction structure and the relevant
timetable.
No application for the proposed spin-off has been made to the Stock Exchange as of
