Get Nice (00064) plans to spin off securities business

[ET Net News Agency, 2 October 2015] Get Nice (00064) said it proposes to spin-off and
separately list the Group's securities business on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange by
way of a distribution in specie and global offering.
It is intended that upon completion, Get Nice will have an interest of not less than 50%
in Get Nice Financial and therefore Get Nice Financial will remain a subsidiary of Get
Nice. (HL)
