[ET Net News Agency, 25 November 2015] Huadian Fuxin Energy (00816) and Huaneng
Renewables (00958) said they agreed to subscribe for invsetor shares of China Energy
Engineering Corporation Limited (CEEC), which is seeking a listing on the Main Board of
the Stock Exchange by way of a global offering, at US$50 million each (equivalent to about
HK$387.5 million).
CEEC is principally engaged in providing solutions for the power industry in China and
globally. Its business segments consist of survey, design and consultancy, construction
and contracting, equipment manufacturing, civil explosives and cement production,
investment and other businesses. (HL)

Huadian Fuxin & HN Renewables to invest US$100m in CEEC IPO
