Ever Smart (08187) to place 120m shares & list on GEM Board

[ET Net News Agency, 26 May 2016] Ever Smart International Holdings (08187) announced
the details of its proposed listing on the GEM Board of HK stock exchange.
The company intends to place an aggregate of 120 million shares at a placing price of
HK$0.5 per share. The group estimates that the net proceeds from the placing will be HK$45
million.
Trading of Ever Smart's shares will begin on 30 May. Kingston Corporate Finance is the
sole sponsor of the listing, while Kingston Securities is the sole bookrunner and sole
lead manager of the listing. (KL)
