Boqi Env (02377) retail IPO 3.6x over-subscribed

[ET Net News Agency, 15 March 2018] China Boqi Environmental (02377) said its retail
offering has been over-subscribed by about 3.648 times and the international placing has
been fully subscribed.
The offer price has been determined at HK$2.4 per share, the lower end of the indicative
price range of HK$2.4 to HK$3.6. The estimated net proceeds amount to about HK$489
million.
Dealings in shares of China Boqi Environmental are expected to commence tomorrow
morning, with a board lot size of 1,000 shares each.
China Boqi Environmental is an independent flue gas treatment integrated services
providers in China, namely private integrated environment protection companies providing
flue gas treatment services not controlled by any power group. (HL)
