[ET Net News Agency, 16 March 2018] Digital media company Stream Ideas Group Limited
(08401) said it intends to offer a total of 50 million shares, comprising of 5 million
shares under the public offer and 45 million shares under the placing, at an indicative
price ranging from HK$1 to HK$1.3 per share.
After deduction of relevant expenses and assuming an offer price of HK$1.15, proceeds
are estimated to be HK$31.4 million.
The public offering commenced today, and will end at noon on 21 March. Trading of Stream
Ideas' shares will begin on GEM of HKEx on 28 March.
