Greentown China (03900) June sales down 9.5% to RMB11.5bn

[ET Net News Agency, 8 July 2019] Greentown China Holdings Limited (03900) said
Greentown Group (including Greentown China Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, together
with its joint ventures and associates) sold 3,508 units with a saleable area of 500,000
sqm in June 2019. Monthly sales reached RMB11.5 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 9.45%.
The average selling price of RMB23,074 per sqm.
From January to June 2019, Greentown Group recorded contracted sales of RMB49.4 billion
involving a saleable area of 1.97 million sqm, of which RMB26.7 billion was attributable
to the group (including Greentown China Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries).
As at 30 June 2019, in addition to contracted sales, Greentown Group recorded
subscription sales of RMB1.5 billion, of which RMB0.9 billion was attributable to the
