[ET Net News Agency, 15 July 2019] Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. (01638) said the group
together with its joint ventures and associates recorded contracted sales of RMB6,880
million in June 2019, representing a year-on-year decrease of 26.8%. Contracted gross
floor area (GFA) in June 2019 amounted to 521,477 sq.m., representing a year-on-year
increase of 23.5%. The average selling price (ASP) for June 2019 was RMB13,193 per sq.m.,
representing a year-on-year decrease of 40.7%.
The total contracted sales of the group for the six months ended 30 June 2019 amounted
to RMB34,690 million with the total contracted GFA of 1,961,477 sq.m., representing an
increase of 37% and 38.5% as compared with corresponding period in 2018, respectively. The
ASP for the six months ended 30 June 2019 amounted to RMB17,686 per sq.m., representing a
decrease of 1.1% as compared with the corresponding period in 2018. (RC)
