{I-bank focus}Citi Research cuts Kingsoft (03888) to HK$20

[ET Net News Agency, 21 August 2019] Citi Research cut its target price for Kingsoft
Corporation (03888) to HK$20 from HK$22 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house said Kingsoft's 2Q results expectedly missed on soft Mobile JX 3
and maturing old titles. 3Q-4Q will continue to be under pressure on limited visibility on
Mobile JX 3 upgrades and FFBE and delayed Mobile JX 2. Cloud and WPS continued 100% and
>30% revenue growth in 1H with steady margins.
Citi trimmed its revenue forecasts by 9%/5% for 2019/20 and cut its adjusted OPM
forecasts from +5/+10% to -4/+6% for 2019/20. (KL)
