Ronshine China (03301) Aug contracted sales up 18%

[ET Net News Agency, 2 September 2019] Ronshine China Holdings Limited (03301) said
during the month ended August 2019, (i) the total contracted sales of the group amounted
to RMB10.93 billion, a year-on-year increase of 18.14%; (ii) the contracted gross floor
area of the group amounted to 465,660 square metres; and (iii) the average contracted
selling price of the group amounted to RMB23,468 per square metre.
For the eight months ended 31 August 2019, (i) the aggregate contracted sales of the
group amounted to RMB80.49 billion, a year-on-year increase of 7.54%; (ii) the aggregate
contracted gross floor area of the group amounted to 3.82 million square metres; and (iii)
the average contracted selling price of the group amounted to RMB21,066 per square metre.
