[ET Net News Agency, 5 September 2019] Hopson Development Holdings Limited (00754) said
the group's contracted sales for the eight months ended 31 August 2019 amounted to
RMB13,310 million, representing an increase of 34.3% as compared to RMB9,909 million in
the same period of 2018.
For the eight months ended 31 August 2019, the group recorded contracted sales of 1
million square metres in gross floor area and an average selling price of RMB13,288 per
square metre, representing an increase of 14.0% as compared to the average selling price
of RMB11,661 per square metre in the same period in 2018.
In August, the group recorded a single month's net contracted sales of RMB1,594 million.
