[ET Net News Agency, 8 October 2019] Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. (01638) said the group
together with its joint ventures and associates recorded contracted sales of RMB10,831
million in September 2019, representing a year-on-year increase of 89.0%. Contracted gross
floor area (the GFA) in September 2019 amounted to 451,556 sq.m., representing a
year-on-year increase of 57.1%. The average selling price (the ASP) for September 2019 was
RMB23,986 per sq.m., representing a year-on-year increase of 20.3%.
The total contracted sales of the group for the nine months ended 30 September 2019
amounted to RMB55,131 million with the total contracted GFA of 3.02 million sq.m.,
representing increases of 33.5% and 27.9% as compared with corresponding period in 2018,
respectively. The ASP for the nine months ended 30 September 2019 amounted to RMB18,250
per sq.m., representing an increase of 4.4% as compared with the corresponding period in
