[ET Net News Agency, 5 November 2019] HSBC Global Research lifted its target price for
Agile Group (03383) to HK$14.4 from HK$11.5 and maintained its "buy" rating.
The research house said the stock price was up 14% in October on the back of a more
accommodative Hainan hukou policy. HSBC believes the upward share price momentum will
continue amid revived Hainan pre-sales, of which the majority can be recognized as
revenue in 2020.
This underpins Agile's medium- to long-term earnings visibility, leading to a
strengthened growth outlook and thus a more attractive risk/reward profile, HSBC noted. It
revised its 2019 pre-sales forecast by 5% to RMB119bn, which is 5% above management's
target due to the strong year-to-date pre-sales performance. (KL)
