Mengniu Dairy (02319) to buy beverages company at AUD600m

[ET Net News Agency, 25 November 2019] China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited (02319) said
its subsidiary Monday Smoothie Pty Ltd has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of
Lion-Dairy & Drinks Pty Ltd (the target) at an initial consideration of AUD600 million.
The target is principally engaged in the production and sale of its iconic and
prestigious branded dairy and beverage portfolios, including milk-based beverages,
yoghurt, white milk, chilled juice and drinks, ambient juice and drinks, water ice,
culinary and plant-based products. (RC)
