China Life (02628) to invest in infrastructure projects

[ET Net News Agency, 24 November 2020] China Life Insurance Company Limited (02628)
said the company, CRCCH and Hengtongda (each as a limited partner) intend to enter into
the partnership agreement with Tianjin Hutong (as the general partner and managing
partner) for the formation of the partnership.
The total capital contribution by all partners of the partnership shall be RMB28.01
billion, of which RMB14 billion shall be contributed by the company. The initial term of
the partnership is expected to be 35 years from the date of its establishment. The
partnership will mainly invest in infrastructure projects in the PRC. (RC)
