Shimao Group (00813) 2-month contracted sales up 122%

[ET Net News Agency, 5 March 2021] Shimao Group Holdings Limited (00813) said the
group's aggregated contracted sales for the two months ended 28 February 2021 amounted to
RMB37.02 billion and the group's aggregated contracted sold area amounted to 2,101,987
sq.m., recording a year-on-year increase of 122% and 119% respectively. The average
selling price for the two months ended 28 February 2021 was RMB17,611 per sq.m.
In February 2021, the group's contracted sales amounted to RMB17.00 billion (February
2020: RMB6.50 billion) and the group's contracted sold area amounted to 968,076 sq.m.
(February 2020: 373,141 sq.m.). The average selling price for February 2021 was RMB17,561
per sq.m. (RC)
