CIFI ES Service (01995) president buys 100,000 shares

[ET Net News Agency, 23 December 2021] CIFI Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited
(01995) said it was informed that on 22 December 2021, Mr Zhou Hongbin (Mr Zhou), an
executive director and the president of the company, purchased a total of 100,000 shares
of the company on the open market for an aggregate consideration of approximately
HK$1,188,800 (representing an average price of approximately HK$11.89 per share) with his
personal fund.
The board considers that such move signifies Mr Zhou's confidence in the future of the
company and firm optimism about the long-term development of the property management
industry as a whole. (RC)
