[ET Net News Agency, 3 January 2022] Central China New Life Limited (09983) said Henan
Jianye Real Estate Management Co., Ltd. (the purchaser), an indirect wholly-owned
subsidiary of the company, an independent individual (the vendor) and Henan Tianming
Property Management Co., Ltd. (the target), entered into an equity transfer agreement,
pursuant to which the vendor has agreed to sell and the purchaser has agreed to purchase
51% of the equity interest of the target at a consideration of RMB33,660,000, in
accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
The target is a property management service provider and has been contracted to provide
property management services for projects in Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Zhoukou, Shangqiu, Luohe,
Xuchang and Xinzheng, etc., covering GFA under management approximately 4,007,000 sq.m.
