China Unicom (00762) president Lu Yimin quits

[ET Net News Agency, 10 July 2018] China Unicom (00762) said Lu Yimin has resigned from
his position as the executive director and president of the company, effective today, due
to change in work arrangement.
Lu has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the board and there is no matter
relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders
of the company. The board also expressed its sincere gratitude to Lu for his valuable
contribution during his tenure. (KL)
