[ET Net News Agency, 25 April 2022] Kunlun Energy Company Limited (00135) said Mr Miao
Yong has resigned as the chief financial officer and executive director of the company due
to his other work engagements with effect from 22 April 2022.
With effect from 22 April 2022, Mr Gao Xiangzhong has been appointed as the chief
