HSBC Holdings (00005) buys back 3.65m shares on LSE

[ET Net News Agency, 17 November 2017] HSBC Holdings (00005) said it purchased for
cancellation about 3.65 million ordinary shares of US$0.5 each on the London Stock
Exchange from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited yesterday as part of its buyback,
at the lowest and highest price of GBP7.301 and GBP7.369 per share.
HSBC also said it issued AUD650 million Floating Rate Notes due February 2024 and AUD350
million Fixed to Floating Rate Notes due February 2024 under its Debt Issuance Programme.
Application will be made to admit the new notes to listing on the Official List of the
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. (HL)
