Yuexiu Property's March contracted sales up 27% to Rmb5.3bn

[ET Net News Agency, 6 April 2018] Yuexiu Property (00123) said its contracted sales
value (including contracted sales by joint venture projects) amounted to about Rmb5,302
million, with corresponding gross floor area (GFA) of about 225,600 square metres,
representing a year-on-year increase of about 27% and a decrease of about 3%.
For the first three months of 2018, the aggregate contracted sales value (including
contracted sales by joint venture projects) amounted to about Rmb9,993 million, with
corresponding GFA of about 526,700 square metres, representing a year-on-year increase of
about 11% and a decrease of about 5%. The value of the accumulated contracted sales
accounted for about 18% of the 2018 contracted sales target of Rmb55 billion. (HL)
