[ET Net News Agency, 3 December 2020] Yuexiu Property Company Limited (00123) said in
November 2020, the value of the company's contracted sales (including contracted sales by
joint venture projects) amounted to RMB11,074 million, representing a year-on-year
increase of 42%. The corresponding gross floor area (GFA) amounted to 415,300 sq.m.,
representing a year-on-year increase of 16%.
The value of the aggregate contracted sales (including contracted sales by joint venture
projects) of the company for the period from January to November 2020 (Accumulated
Contracted Sales) amounted to RMB84,416 million, representing a year-on-year increase of
40%. The corresponding GFA of the Accumulated Contracted Sales amounted to 3,351,200
sq.m., representing a year-on-year increase of 20%. The value of the Accumulated
Contracted Sales accounted for 105% of the 2020 contracted sales target of RMB80.2
