First Pacific (00142) to issue US$175m guaranteed bonds

[ET Net News Agency, 24 May 2018] First Pacific (00142) said it agreed to issue US$175
million (equivalent to about HK$1,365 million) 5.75% guaranteed bonds due 2025.
The net proceeds of about US$174 million will be used for the repayment and refinancing
of existing indebtedness (including all amounts payable for bond repurchases and
expenses). (HL)
