Johnson Elec (05718) buys back US$8.75m convertible bonds

[ET Net News Agency, 11 December 2018] Johnson Electric Holdings Limited (00179)
announced that on today, the company has completed the repurchase of convertible bonds of
an aggregate principal amount of US$8.75 million.
Together with other bonds previously repurchased, the total is 21.5% of the initial
aggregate principal amount of the bonds. The repurchased bonds are expected to be
cancelled as soon as practicable.
After the cancellation, the aggregate principal amount of the bonds remaining
outstanding will be US$157 million. (RC)
