[ET Net News Agency, 6 February 2018] Shun Tak Holdings (00242) said it agreed to sell
to executive Directors Daisy Ho and Maisy Ho two property units of Nova Grand in Taipa,
Macau for a total of HK$49.98 million.
The two property units include a residential unit located at Unit B, 39/F, Tower 4, Nova
Grand, Taipa, Macau which forms part of Nova Grand, with a gross floor area of about 2,377
square feet and a saleable area of about 1,769 square feet as well as a residential unit
located at Unit A, 39/F, Tower 4, Nova Grand, Taipa, Macau which forms part of Nova Grand,
with a gross floor area of about 2,397 square feet and a saleable area of about 1,784
square feet.
Subject to audit, the Group is expected to record a total gain of about HK$26.9 million
from the transactions. Proceeds from the sales of the property units will be used to
finance the project development costs. (HL)
