COMEC (00317) may buy stake in GSI & Huangpu Wenchong

[ET Net News Agency, 14 February 2018] CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (COMEC)
(00317) said it proposes to purchase 23.5786% equity interest in Guangzhou Shipyard
International Company Limited (GSI) and 30.9836% equity interest in CSSC Huangpu Wenchong
Shipbuilding Company Limited through issuance of shares.
The equity interests are held by Huarong Ruitong Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd.,
Zhongyuan Asset Management Co., Ltd., New China Life Insurance (01336), China Structural
Reform Fund Co., Ltd., China Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd., China Life Insurance
(02628), PICC Property and Casualty (02328), ICBC Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd. and
Beijing Dongfu Tianheng Investment Centre (Limited Partnership). (HL)
