Landing approved to develop integrated resort in Philippines

[ET Net News Agency, 2 May 2018] Landing International Development (00582) said the
Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Paranaque (the legislature of the City of Paranaque)
has approved the Group's plan to develop and operate an integrated resort in the
Philippines.
The resort and casino will be built on a parcel of land with about 95,700 square metres,
having a planned construction floor area of about 500,000 square metres, and will feature,
among others, a casino, a Filipino cultural theme park, an indoor waterpark, an indoor
movie-based theme park, a convention centre, luxury hotels, retail and dining areas, and
other commercial and entertainment facilities.
The Group is still in the process of applying for other approvals required to develop
and operate the integrated resort. (HL)
