[ET Net News Agency, 20 November 2018] Shenzhen Investment Limited (00604) said its
contracted sales in October this year was RMB1.285 billion, a year-on-year increase of
375.9%. The contracted sales area was 41,657 square metres, a year-on-year increase of
40.9%.
As at the end of October this year, its accumulated contracted sales was RMB7.001
billion, a year-on-year decrease of 33.4%. The contracted sales area was 371,352 square
metres, a year-on-year decrease of 27.1%. The average selling price was RMB18,853 per
square metre.
The group also put up new projects in Shenzhen for sale in the second half of this
month. They included Shumyip Zhongcheng and Taifu Plaza. The sales amount of RMB8 billion
