[ET Net News Agency, 16 April 2018] Fullshare Holdings (00607) said it has entered into
a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the People's Government of Yiwu City, Zhejiang
Tourism Group, and Shanghai Joyu Culture Communication regarding a proposed strategic
cooperation to establish a fund to invest in healthy tourism projects in China.
Pursuant to the MOU, the fund shall have a term of not less than five years with a size
of RMB10 billion. It is intended that 50% of the Fund will be used to invest in healthy
tourism projects in Yiwu City the forthcoming five (5) years, and the parties shall
support the operation of the projects in Yiwu City by utilising their respective
resources, business expertise and professional team.
Yiwu City is located in the central part of Zhejiang Province which boasts a long
history. Yiwu City is one of the eighteen typical reform and opening-up areas in China and
has been awarded the title of "China Outstanding Tourism City". (KL)
