[I-bank focus]MacQ ups Kerry Log Network (00636) to HK$13.76

[ET Net News Agency, 30 January 2018] Macquarie Research lifted its target price for
Kerry Logistics Network (KLN)(00636) to HK$13.76 from HK$12.79, and reiterated its
"outperform" rating.
The research house remains positive post the analyst conference call. It said that KLN
has achieved its initial target of mid-single digit core profit growth in 2017, and also
guided to better bottom line growth (high-single digits) in 2018.
Macquarie lifted its FY2017-19 revenue and earnings estimates by 32-40% and 2-17%,
respectively, factoring in the revenue contribution from the Apex acquisition and
accelerating growth in Thailand.
It believes KLN's core contract logistics capability and its dominating position in
Thailand express delivery sector remains underappreciated. (KL)
