[ET Net News Agency, 3 October 2017] New World Development (00017) said its indirect
wholly-owned subsidiary agreed to subscribe for 40% of the enlarged issued share capital
of Healthcare Assets Management Limited (HAML) at HK$10.18 million.
Upon completion, the shareholding of Healthcare Ventures Holdings and Dynamic Ally will
be reduced from 50% to 30% respectively.
Healthcare Ventures, Smart Future and Dynamic Ally intend to invest an aggregate amount
of up to HK$780 million in HAML for the investment in, and operation and management of
primary healthcare facilities (predominantly clinics and medical centres) located in Asia,
with primary focus in the PRC and Hong Kong.
Healthcare Ventures a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises
Limited, which is a substantial shareholder of New World Development. Dynamic Ally is an
indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of NWS Service Management Limited, which is a direct
wholly-owned subsidiary of NWS Holdings (00659). (HL)
