NWS Holdings (659) to place 208m H shares in Beijing Airport

[ET Net News Agency, 12 January 2018] NWS Holdings (00659) said it agreed to place 208
million issued H shares of Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA) (00694)
(representing about 11.07% of the total issued H shares of BCIA) at HK$11.35 apiece,
representing a discount of about 7% to the closing price of HK$12.2.
NWS Holdings is expected to recognize a profit on disposal of about HK$800 million.
At present, NWS Holdings holds about 23.86% of the total issued H shares of BCIA. Upon
completion, NWS Holdings will continue to hold about 12.79% H share stake in BCIA. (HL)
