[ET Net News Agency, 26 June 2018] Daiwa Research raised its target price for TravelSky
Technology (00696) to HK$30 from HK$29, and retained its "buy" rating.
TravelSky attended Daiwa's Auto & Industrial Leaders Conference in Hong Kong on 25 June.
The research house views the stock as particularly attractive due to its long-term
potential, given the current market turmoil.
Daiwa expects EBIT margins to see some pressure in 2018 due to the move to a new
operations centre in Beijing, which will lead to higher depreciation from 2018. It also
expects a strong recovery in system integration revenue in 2018, but Travelsky's project
related to Beijing's second airport may drag down its overall margin for 2018.
Daiwa raised its 2018-20 EPS forecasts by 2-6% on higher booking growth assumption due
to higher-than-expected booking growth year-to-date, incremental revenue from server
leasing, and higher system integration revenue growth. (KL)
