China Lit (00772) to film TV series with Tencent Pictures

[ET Net News Agency, 7 February 2018] China Literature (00772) said its consolidated
affiliated entity Shanghai Yuewen Information Technology Co., Ltd. has agreed to license
certain adaption rights to Cang Qiong Entertainment (Tianjin) Culture Communications Co.,
Ltd., an associate of Tencent (00700), with respect to an original literary work for Rmb50
million.
Shanghai Yuewen Film and Television Culture Communication Co., Ltd., one of the
consolidated affiliated entities of China Literature, agreed to join Shanghai Tencent
Pictures and Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and independent third-party investors to
participate in the filming of a television series to be produced and contribute about
Rmb32.02 million to such project. (HL)
