Hopson Dev (00754) 3-month contracted sales down 3.3%

[ET Net News Agency, 11 April 2018] Hopson Development (00754) said the Group's
contracted sales for the three months ended 31 March 2018 amounted to about Rmb1,687
million, a decrease of 3.3% over the same period of last year, with sales of gross floor
area of about 122,506 square metres.
For the three months ended 31 March 2018, the Group's average selling price of
contracted sales recorded Rmb13,774 per square metre, an increase of 9% year-on-year.
In March, the Group recorded a single month's contracted sales of about Rmb634 million,
a decrease of 49% from a year earlier. (HL)
