[ET Net News Agency, 7 November 2019] Hopson Development Holdings Limited (00754) said
the group's contracted sales for the ten months ended 31 October 2019 amounted to
approximately RMB17,717 million, representing an increase of 34.6% as compared to
approximately RMB13,159 million in the same period of 2018.
For the ten months ended 31 October 2019, the group recorded contracted sales of
approximately 1,374,171 square metres in gross floor area and an average selling price of
RMB12,893 per square metre, representing an increase of 11.1% compared to the average
selling price of RMB11,603 per square metre in the same period in 2018.
In October, the group recorded a single month's net contracted sales of approximately
RMB2,644 million. (RC)
