into a a strategic cooperation agreement with substantial shareholders Guangzhou City
Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. and GRG Banking Equipment Co., Ltd.
The parties will initiate cooperation in order to leverage their respective edges in,
among other areas, the business of smart city, smart healthcare, smart government, smart
security, financial services, big data and artificial intelligence.
Guangzhou City Construction is a state-owned enterprise authorized by the People's
Government of Guangzhou Municipality to engage in urban infrastructure construction
investment and financing, construction, operation and management. GRG Banking is a
state-controlled enterprise listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Focusing on the
