China Glass (03300) gets conditional cash offer

[ET Net News Agency, 3 December 2020] Xinyi Glass Holdings Limited (00868) said its
subsidiary Unified Group Investments Limited (the offeror) has informed the board of China
Glass Holdings Limited (03300) that it intended to make the offers (i) to acquire all the
issued shares at the share offer price of HK$0.9 per offer share; (ii) to acquire all the
outstanding convertible bonds; and (iii) to cancel all the outstanding share options.
It is HK$0.9 in cash for each offer share. 1.81 billion shares will be subject to the
share offer and the share offer is valued at approximately HK$1,629.1 million. (RC)
