CIFI Holdings (00884) to issue 3-year notes of US$500m

[ET Net News Agency, 13 April 2018] CIFI Holdings (00884) said it will issue senior
notes due 2021 in the aggregate principal amount of US$500 million, with an interest rate
of 6.875%. The estimated net proceeds of the notes Issue will amount to US$493 million,
and it intends to use the net proceeds for refinancing its existing indebtedness.
The company will seek a listing of the notes on the stock exchange. (KL)
