China LNG (00931) to add stake in two units at Rmb17.17m

[ET Net News Agency, 14 February 2018] China LNG (00931) said it agreed to acquire 35%
equity interests in Hebei Dezhong Gas Trading Co., Ltd (HDGT) at Rmb8.52 million and to
acquire 40% equity interests in Hubei Gangshun Tian Ran Qi Co., Ltd. (HGTRQ) at Rmb8.65
million.
The principal activities of HDGT are trading of LNG, leasing, installation and trading
of LNG equipment and provision of consultancy services. The principal activities of HGTRQ
are sales and distribution of LNG, LNG supply and management. Upon completion, HDGT and
HGTRQ will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of China LNG. (HL)
