China LNG (00931) in strategic cooperation with CIMC Enric

[ET Net News Agency, 28 May 2018] China LNG (00931) said it entered into a strategic
cooperation agreement with CIMC Enric (03899) upon friendly negotiation, pursuant to
which, both parties agreed to become a business partner of each other based on the
principles of equality and mutual benefits.
China LNG agreed to purchase 275 LNG tank containers from CIMC Enric at about Rmb126
million. It also agreed to purchase additional 800 to 1,000 LNG tank containers from CIMC
Enric by the end of this year at a preferential price. (HL)
