Lenovo Group (00992) plans to issue USD notes

[ET Net News Agency, 14 March 2018] Lenovo Group (00992) said it proposes to issue US
dollar-denominated notes due 2023 and US dollar-denominated notes due 2028 under the
US$3,000 million medium term note programme.
The company intends to use the net proceeds to repurchase its outstanding 2019 notes and
2022 notes, and for its working capital and general corporate purposes. (HL)
