Ali Pictures (01060) grants awarded shares & share options

[ET Net News Agency, 27 September 2018] Alibaba Pictures (01060) said it granted 50.12
million awarded shares to 85 selected employees in accordance with the share award scheme.
The issue of new shares to satisfy the 50.12 million awarded shares represents 0.2% of the
total enlarged issued shares of the company.
The company has also granted a total of 36.6 million share options, with a 10-year
validity period from 26 September 2018 to 25 September 2028, to certain eligible
participants under the share option scheme. The exercise price of options granted is
HK$1.02 per share.(SC)
