Sinopharm (01099) names Liu Yong as new president

[ET Net News Agency, 21 November 2017] Sinopharm Group (01099) said Li Zhiming proposed
to cease to serve as the president today due to change in responsibilities and Li
continues to serve as the chairman of the Board and the secretary of Party Committee of
the company.
Liu Yong has been appointed as the president with immediate effect and nominated as an
executive director of the fourth session of the Board and a member of the strategy and
investment committee under the Board. Due to the above-mentioned work adjustment, Liu
ceased to serve as vice president and secretary to the Board today. (HL)
