MMG (01208) says parent's internal restructuring completed

[ET Net News Agency, 16 November 2017] MMG Limited (01208) said it was notified by
ultimate controlling shareholder China Minmetals Corporation (CMC) that the share transfer
pursuant to the internal restructuring completed yesterday, save that the shareholding
percentage of China Minmetals H.K. (Holdings) Limited in MMG after the share transfer has
decreased from 73.69% to 73.46%, as a result of minor share issuances by MMG in the
intervening period since 7 January 2016. (HL)
